Head of Sustainability and Partnerships
0.8 FTE; aligned with SCHADS; two-year contract with prospect of transition to permanency; flexible working arrangements
JRS Australia seeks a dynamic senior professional to lead the development and implementation of
our partnerships strategy, including scaling and diversifying revenue and strategic, values-driven
partnerships, whilst nurturing relations with our existing supporter base, comprising donors,
volunteers and pro bono partners.
Reporting to the Country Director and working closely with the senior management team and Board, the Head of Partnerships will play a key role in enhancing JRS Australia’s profile and impact and leads a small dynamic team comprising staff, volunteers and consultants, tasked with optimising performance in the areas of fundraising, partnerships and CRM (Salesforce) management.
Our ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, results-oriented strategic thinker, and a strong,
collaborative, adaptable and compassionate leader. You are also a confident and persuasive
communicator, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and well-being.
The position is 0.8 FTE, aligned with the SCHADS Award, with a fixed-term 2-year contract, with
prospects for transition to permanency. Flexible working arrangements (including remote location)
and attractive salary packaging options (up to $15,900 tax-free per year) apply.
