The third annual Finding Safety Insights Forum will explore this year’s theme, Faith in Action II: The Role of Religious Communities in the Prevention of Gender-Based Violence.

Building on last year’s forum, we will continue the conversation about how faith communities can work together to prevent gender-based violence and create safer, more supportive environments for women.

The forum is hosted by JRS Australia’s Finding Safety Project, which supports women on temporary visas who are experiencing gender-based violence. Through our Women’s Space in Western Sydney, women can access specialist casework, housing support, emergency relief and opportunities to connect and rebuild their lives in community.

The forum is an opportunity to listen, learn and consider what we can do together to support women’s safety and prevent violence.
