Head of Operations

We are seeking a values-driven Head of Operations to join our Executive Team at Jesuit Refugee Service Australia. This part-time (0.9 FTE), hybrid role is based in Parramatta and offers the opportunity to lead impactful programs supporting people seeking asylum and refugees.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership across frontline services, overseeing program delivery, leading teams, strengthening systems, and ensuring governance, compliance, and impact.

We are looking for a collaborative leader with senior experience in the not-for-profit or community sector, strong operational and financial management skills, and a commitment to social justice and refugee rights.
