Join us in prayer and solidarity as we reflect on how we can walk alongside refugees, people seeking asylum, and vulnerable migrants in our community. 

At a time when the world is witnessing unprecedented levels of displacement — with 123.2 million people forced to flee their homes — JRS Australia invites you to come together in solidarity. 

This special Mass will be a time to gather as one community, united in compassion, hope, and a shared commitment to justice. We will pray for those who have been forced to leave their homelands, for healing for those who have endured hardship, and for the courage to stand alongside them in their journey toward safety and belonging. Together, we will reflect on how we can truly love our neighbour, especially those on the margins. 

As we listen to the Word and to one another, we will be called to consider how each of us can respond to the invitation to welcome, protect, and seek justice for those seeking refuge in Australia. 

Whether you are part of a parish, a school, a community group, or simply feel moved to stand with people on the margins, you are warmly invited to attend. 

Let us come together to affirm that every person deserves dignity, safety, and a place to call home.
