Earlier this month JRS co-issued an Interfaith call for a ceasefire and lasting peace in the Middle East.
As Christians observed Lent and Muslims celebrate Ramadan, the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) joined the Islamic Religious Community of Italy (COREIS) in urging a radical return to the core teachings of our respective religions, which exhorts loving unity over division, while respecting differences, and fostering constant dignity to the life of every person.
